We currently have a vacancy for a Domestic Sales Advisor based from our Larbert office on a full time and Permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.
As a Domestic Sales Advisor, you’ll have access to:

As a Domestic Sales Advisor at Certas Energy, you will responsible for creating an understanding of customer needs so that they can be presented with the relevant products and services that will contribute to their retention, while negotiating a sales price also using a combination of consultative selling, strong account management ( Outbound and Inbound ) up / cross selling and new customer acquisition. You will need to use a combination of sales and negotiation skills to give the best possible customer service. Working in a quality-focused environment where we strive to exceed customer expectations by team-working, professional interaction and effective communication. Using bespoke computer systems and other Microsoft office computer programs.
