Our Commercial Sales team at Certas Energy are on the hunt for a field based Business Account Manager to join us, coving the whole of Sussex. This role has a unique place within the market in Sussex and offers the chance to manage and build a diverse portfolio of commercial customers, with excellent commission opportunities.

In this role you will plan and develop commercial activity with a key focus on maximising profitability within your portfolio. You will need to maintain and develop a profitable and sustainable portfolio of accounts, via face to face account management while also securing new commercial business. You will also get to work in conjunction with the rest of our fantastic Commercial Sales Team in your area, to ensure excellent account management.

As a Business Account Manager, you’ll have access to:

  • £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, DOE
  • Uncapped commission

We’re looking for:

  • Previous sales experience in a B2B sales role, preferably 3-5 years
  • Previous experience of account management
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Confidence in own ability
  • High degree of self-motivation and time management
  • Ability to work with autonomy
  • Resilience, persistence and tenacity
  • Target driven / results orientated
