We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to work at our office in Larbert in our National Accounts team. We are offering a competitive salary for the position and as a Sales Administrator you will be expected to respond to all calls in accordance with specified call response guidelines while providing the relevant price information for all customer sales made.

 

This will be a Fixed Term Contract until working 37.5 hours per week until 31/01/2020

 

In this exciting role you will be constantly communicating clearly and effectively providing delivery time to the customer ensuring all parties, internal and external, are satisfied.

 

In this role we will look for you to communicate with various internal departments regarding credit (credit control), delivery times (routing) to make sure that the customer’s requirements are met at all times while developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all the company’s products and services.

 

You will be expected to cross selling products, providing pricing information to customers, holding great customer service skills and would be beneficial to have administrative experience within a similar field. You should also have a keen eye for detail and excellent accuracy skills as you will be involved in the day to day administrative processing.
