Our team and the people we support
You will join a dedicated team of Support Practitioners providing support to 4 individuals who have learning disabilities and other complex support needs, including physical disabilities. The people we support have many interests such as enjoying new experiences, living life to the full, going on holiday, cooking, socialising and meeting new friends.
They will give anything a go including going to concerts, singing along to Abba, and going out for meals - no two days are ever the same.
The most important thing is the type of person you are - ideally you are someone who wants to make a positive difference in the people we support lives.
