We’re looking for caring, reliable and dedicated people to join our amazing #TeamCraigewan in Peterhead on a permanent part-time basis, we have up to 25 hour contracts available.  Current salary is £9.50 per hour with £10.02 pay award pending!

The Service

Craigewan is a purpose-built facility which is home to 11 individuals with learning disabilities, all living in their own self-contained flats.  The great thing about this job is that two days are never the same.  As a Support Worker you'll provide invaluable support with all aspects of their daily living, including cooking, cleaning, finances and medication.  

We'll also need you to be enthusiastic and creative supporting with their hobbies and interests too, these include baking, arts & crafts, hair & beauty treatments, pool, model trains & boats, walking and swimming & attending social events.


All we'll need you to bring is;

  • An understanding of the importance of routines and guidelines
  • The ability to cook

Shift Pattern

Your hours will usually be spread over 5 days during the hours of 0730-2200 hours and will include early mornings, days, evenings and weekends.
