Our West Dunbartonshire Supported Living team is now on the lookout for understanding and caring individuals to join our them as Support Workers in #Renton and #Dumbarton!!

We also have Relief Support Worker opportunities available. Working on one of our relief contracts really gives you flexibility, you tell us when you're available and we'll look to give you shifts to fit.

The current salary is £9.50 per hour, with a pay award pending of £10.02 per hour.


You don't need experience to start your career with us as we recruit on values and transferrable skills and will give you all the training you'll need if you're successful.  We'll even put you through your SVQ Level 3 qualification too!

The Role


As Support Worker, you will provide support with all aspects of daily living and help them maintain their independence at home, including cooking and preparing meals, personal care, administering medication and managing personal finances. You’ll be enthusiastic and take an active interest in their hobbies which may include karaoke, arts and crafts, live music, going for walks and to the shops along with many more activities. With your support you will help them maintain an active role in their local community.

As a few of the people we support have their own mobility cars it would be great if you have a manual UK driving licence with at least one year experience but this isn’t a deal breaker!!

Shift Patterns

Our team provides support between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm and occasional sleepovers may be available. Our sleepover shifts do not form part of your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional payment of £76 for each sleepover shift you work!

If you’re successful in joining our team, you will be expected to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and must be willing to work towards a SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare as required for SSSC registration. We will need you to register with the SSSC within 6 months of starting your employment with us.
