The Role

We’re recruiting for Operations & Delivery Support Officers here at Justice Digital, to be part of our warm and collaborative Technology Adoption team. 

Justice Digital needs to be able to facilitate the operation of a diverse range of technology effectively across a diverse set of business areas and report against them. You will be a key member of the strategy, governance and design capability, supporting and contributing to its continuous improvement.

The Operation and Delivery Support Officer is responsible for supporting the activities of the Technology Adoption Group and recording and reporting on the groups performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support stakeholder engagement including managing the relationship with the Technology Champion Network
  • Coordination of Digital and Technology MOJ events
  • Review and quality check feedback from learning interventions.
  • Conduct analysis on performance to proactively identify problems and areas for improvements within delivery of Technology Adoption Services
  • Maintain project roadmaps and trackers
  • Maintain action logs.
  • Support induction of new team members
  • Coordinate Team events

Person Specification


Essential

  • Clear, effective and professional communication with the ability to collate data into digestible formats for a range of audiences
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast paced and rapidly changing situations 
  • Proactive experience gathering and evaluating information and evidence from a range of sources to support strategic change
  • Have an open-minded, scientific, collaborative approach towards continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience of working across teams effectively.
  • Be an enthusiastic technology advocate.Have a basic understanding of a broad range of technologies including the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Prior experience in working in a support role in a complex organisation.

Successful candidates who meet the required standard will then be invited to a 1-hour panel interview held via video conference.
