We’re recruiting for a ServiceNow Test Manager here at Justice Digital, to be part of our warm and collaborative Service Operations team.

We are in search of an individual who strikes the perfect balance between deep technical expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills. Flourishing in an agile test-centric environment, you'll be an esteemed member of our Testing community, disseminating your wealth of knowledge throughout the MoJ and beyond to the wider governmental landscape.

In your role as a ServiceNow Test Manager, you'll bring to the table extensive experience in agile testing. You will be the guiding force for a multidisciplinary team, guaranteeing the unparalleled quality and consistency of products developed on the ServiceNow platform. While you will hold a pivotal role, remember that a robust support system is always available, including your people manager, fellow test managers, the broader testing community, and extensive formal learning resources.

Your primary responsibility will be to shape, motivate, and energize teams. As a shield for the teams, you'll ensure they remain sharply focused on critical tasks, guiding them towards continuous improvement and adeptly manoeuvring through potential risks and challenges.

Please note: We are also recruiting a ServiceNow Tester (SEO) and therefore, if you are not successful in this campaign, you may be offered the lower grade role.
