The Role
We’re recruiting for a Learning Specialist here at Justice Digital, to be part of our warm and collaborative Technology Adoption team.
We are looking for someone creative, innovative and with great communication skills and attention to detail, who is serious about creating and delivering high quality learning and development content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and delivery of courses and ad-hoc events.
- Be the expert in the room for your programme elements: researching, diagnosing issues and developing, designing and delivering bespoke learning interventions to ensure capacity and capability stretch for delegates.
- Sourcing, booking, briefing and ongoing relationship management with industry experts and subject matter experts.
- Horizon scanning for best practice in the learning field, ensuring the programme content and delivery is cutting edge, applying this learning to programme delivery and evaluating its impact.
- Reviewing feedback, proactively suggesting and implementing changes and new innovations.
- Ongoing support during events across the programmes team.
- Act in a consultative capacity to provide best practice L&D advice and guidance, working with different teams in the business to design key learning interventions as required.

Person Specification
Essential
- Previous experience designing, creating, and delivering high quality digital learning products and artifacts including videos and e-learning for various user groups, including senior leaders.
- A strong and current understanding of Microsoft 365, especially Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Prior experience working on a national scale.
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with people at all levels of the organisation and external providers.
- Ability to deal with difficult and sensitive situations in a diplomatic and professional manner.
- Effective organisational and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritise, delegate, and work under pressure in order to meet a varied, wide-ranging workload which is often time-critical.
- A good understanding of equality of opportunity and diversity in a training and/or working environment.
Willingness to be assessed against the requirements for BPSS clearance

Your application will be reviewed against the Person Specification above by a diverse panel.
Successful candidates who meet the required standard will then be invited to a 1-hour panel interview held via video conference. There will be a short presentation topic based around the role and your experience which will be related if invited to interview.
Should we receive a high volume of applications, a pre-sift based on your prior experience in creating and delivering in person and virtual training will be conducted prior to the sift.
Should you be unsuccessful in the role that you have applied for, but demonstrated the capability for a role at a lower level, we reserve the right to discuss this opportunity with you and potentially offer you the position without the need for a further application.
