Rates of pay can change per site so these will be discussed with you at the recruitment stage.

An Operations Supervisor will be available to you 24/7. So if you have any concerns about your shifts or something happens whilst you are working, there is always someone to contact and speak to.

We conduct regular site visits to complete assessments, Inductions, deliver uniform etc. 

We conduct regular welfare checks via the phone to ensure that you have everything you need to be successful in your role.

We use a platform called GuardHouse to schedule your shifts,  retain your compliance data and much more.

Guardhouse has an app that you will use to access assignment instructions per site, clock in and out,  capture incident reports and request annual leave.
