Applying is easy!
Simply submit your application through our online portal and we’ll take it from there. Here’s what you can expect next:

  • A quick introductory call
    Our Head of Recruitment, Becci, will email you with a link to book a short call at a time that suits you. The call usually lasts around 10 minutes and is a great opportunity to chat through your experience and skills.

  • Interview invitation
    If your application is a good match for the role, our Recruitment Team will be in touch via email with a selection of interview times. If none of the suggested times work for you, just let us know – we’re always happy to be flexible.

  • Interview preparation
    Once your interview is booked, we’ll send you everything you need to prepare, including location details and anything you may need to bring along.

We aim to make the process as smooth and supportive as possible and look forward to getting to know you.

Some handy tips ahead of your interview:

  • Make sure to check the address above, if this is your first time going to our Nurseries you may want to plan your transport, travel route and parking to ensure you arrive for your interview ahead of time!

  • Wear something smart but comfortable, remember you will be completing a ‘stay and play’ as well as a formal interview!

  • Be relaxed and confident, you have already impressed us with your CV and initial call – we want to hear more about you and your career!
