About Wildflower

About Wildflower

Where children grow, and people grow too.

At Wildflower, we believe that every child is a force of nature.

Naturally curious, full of questions, ideas and personality, children need the right environment around them to grow in confidence, independence and a genuine love of learning. That’s what we aim to create every day across our nurseries and pre-schools.

But we know that the same is true for our people.

We want Wildflower to be a place where our teams feel supported, trusted and given the opportunity to grow too.

A different approach to early years

We’re not about rushing children from one activity to the next or following a one-size-fits-all approach. We take the time to understand each child, follow their interests and give them the space to explore, question and discover things for themselves.

Our nurseries are calm, thoughtful environments where meaningful relationships sit at the heart of what we do. Our practitioners really get to know the children in their care – what makes them laugh, what interests them, what comforts them and what helps them thrive.

We believe great early years experiences come from great people, which is why we put just as much thought into supporting our teams as we do creating amazing environments for children.

More than just a nursery job

Working in early years is about so much more than what happens in a room.

It’s about the relationships you build, the confidence you give a child, the ideas you share with your team and the difference you make every single day.

Whether you're an experienced nursery practitioner, a room leader, a nursery manager, a chef or you're just starting your career in early years, there is a place for you at Wildflower.

We want people who care about what they do, are curious about learning, enjoy working as part of a team and want to make a genuine difference to children's lives.

Growing together

We’re passionate about developing our people and creating opportunities for them to build their careers with us.

As Wildflower continues to grow, so do the opportunities within our teams. We encourage our people to share ideas, learn from one another, develop their skills and take on new challenges.

Because we don't just want people to join Wildflower.

We want them to grow with us.

Our Wildflower approach

Across our nurseries, you'll find a shared approach built around:

Meaningful relationships
Getting to know every child and creating the trust and security they need to thrive.

Curiosity and exploration
Giving children the time, space and freedom to investigate the world around them.

Calm, considered environments
Creating spaces where children and adults can feel comfortable, settled and ready to learn.

Individuality
Recognising that every child – and every member of our team – is different.

Learning and development
Always looking for ways to improve, develop our practice and help our people reach their potential.

Be part of Wildflower

We’re growing our family of nurseries across England and Scotland, but we’re determined to keep what makes Wildflower special at the heart of everything we do.

If you’re looking for a career where you can make a difference, be part of a supportive team and continue to learn and grow, we’d love to hear from you.

Come and grow with Wildflower.
