Your Interview at Wildflower

We want your interview to be about more than just sitting across a desk and answering questions. It’s also your chance to experience Wildflower for yourself and get a feel for the team you could be joining.

Your visit will usually include an hour-long interview followed by an hour of Stay & Play in the room you’re likely to be based in. This gives you the opportunity to meet the team, spend some time with the children and see what a typical day at Wildflower feels like.

Before your interview, we’ll email you with everything you need to know, including the date, time and full address, as well as who to ask for when you arrive.

Please remember to bring your required ID documents with you.

Most importantly, come as yourself! We’re looking forward to meeting you, showing you around and giving you the chance to see whether Wildflower feels like the right fit for you too.
