Your Induction

Starting somewhere new can feel like a lot, so we make sure you’re supported from day one.

Our six-month induction is designed to help you settle in, build your confidence and get to know your role and the Wildflower way of working. You’ll be assigned a buddy who will be there to support you and answer any questions along the way.

During your first month, we’ll have weekly check-ins to see how you’re settling in. From month two through to month six, we’ll continue with monthly check-ins to make sure you’re feeling supported, confident and happy in your role.

We’re here to support you throughout your journey, not just on your first day.
