Our Recruitment Process

We want applying for a role at Wildflower to feel easy, straightforward and personal.

We know that looking for a new job can feel daunting, so we’ve designed our recruitment process to give you a clear idea of what to expect at every stage. From your first conversation with us through to your interview, we’ll keep you updated and make sure you have everything you need.

1. Apply online

Found a role that sounds like you? Submit your application through our online careers portal. Take your time to tell us about your experience, your skills and, most importantly, what makes you excited about joining Wildflower.

2. Let's have a chat

If your application looks like a good match, our Head of Recruitment, Becci, will be in touch by email with a link to book a short introductory call at a time that works for you.

It’s a relaxed conversation, usually around 10 minutes, where we can get to know a little more about you, talk through your experience and answer any initial questions you might have about the role or Wildflower.

3. Meet the team

If we think you could be a great fit for the role, we’ll invite you to an interview with the relevant nursery or team.

We’ll send you a selection of interview times to choose from. If none of them work for you, just let us know – we’ll always do our best to find a time that does.

4. Get ready for your interview

Once your interview is booked, we’ll send you everything you need to know, including where to go, what to expect and anything you need to bring with you.

There’s no need to overthink it. We want to meet the real you, understand what you’re looking for and give you the opportunity to find out whether Wildflower feels like the right place for you too.

5. Welcome to Wildflower

If you're successful, we’ll be delighted to welcome you to the Wildflower team and guide you through the next steps of joining us.
