About the role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll help create an environment where children feel safe, confident and excited to learn through play.

Working alongside a supportive and experienced team, you'll:

• Deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences that spark imagination and curiosity.
• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through everyday interactions.
• Build positive partnerships with families and colleagues.
• Encourage children's independence, confidence and social development.
• Create inviting indoor and outdoor learning environments.
• Observe, celebrate and support every child's unique journey.
