At Justice Digital Data and Science, we want every new starter to feel welcomed, informed and supported. From accepting your offer through to your first month, here's what your onboarding journey looks like.
Your Dedicated support
Your Recruitment Operations Advisor - Your point of contact throughout the onboarding process to help you feel informed, and answering any informal questions.
Buddy System - You'll be provided with a colleague as a mentor to support you with navigating the role.
Accessibility & Equipment Support- We are dedicated to ensuring you have the right equipment, and support you may need.
What we'll do

Once you start
Your Recruitment Operations Advisor will continue to support you during your induction
Your Induction Your induction will include the Discover Justice Digital Data and Science event, along with short bitesize sessions.
Induction App You’ll also be given access to an Induction App to help you with the basics and get you up and running.
