At CrossReach Children’s services we have the privilege of looking after up to 25 children and young people in 7 residential houses in Stirlingshire, East Dunbartonshire, Inverclyde and North Ayrshire and supporting their education at our school campus in Erskine.

We provide a healthy, nurturing, warm, supportive and safe environment, in which children and young people can thrive. We consult with children and young people on our service and aim to improve their life chances to become lifelong learners who can develop into successful and responsible adults.

We are looking for people to join our team who are committed to learning about themselves and others. People who are patient, compassionate, motivated, interested, caring, active and committed to providing opportunities where children and young people can grow and develop.

Our vision

We believe that all children are unique and deserve opportunities to grow, succeed and to be our future.

We believe that all young people who have been harmed by past trauma and negative life experiences can be healed through developing positive, trusting, and nurturing relationships that can last a lifetime. We all need to have hope in our lives, and we will help each other hold onto that hope, even when it feels hopeless.

Our Children

Our children rely on adults that they can trust that are reliable and dependable. They value honesty and respect and want adults to help provide an environment that is safe and predictable. Our children want opportunities to be successful, to have fun and to have experiences and memories that can last a lifetime. To do that they need support, guidance and supervision from those that have the privilege of looking after them to help them connect with communities, engage in education and participate in many of the activities and opportunities that are available

Our houses range in size from our smallest at 2 bedrooms, to our largest at 4 bedrooms. The small nature of our homes means that our staff are able to really understand those in our care and provide them with home environment that they so deserve.
