Are you ready to expand your skills, use your experience and talents that you have learnt elsewhere in a new and challenging way?

Maybe a job in care for CrossReach might be for you.

CrossReach has been providing care across Scotland for over 150 years, so when it comes to delivering high quality care we know what we are doing. But it also means that we have developed a huge range of services right across Scotland, so for us “working in care” could mean working with children in a residential home, supporting adults with learning difficulties or other mental health challenges, or supporting older people in our homes or from home. And it’s this variety of services that we offer, that means we have the role to match your skills and interests.

And it’s your transferable skills and experience, that we are most interested in. For many of our roles, we actively seek out those with interesting and unusual hobbies, skills and talents, people who can bring creativity and innovation to what they do. This is the perfect opportunity to be you at work, to use your skills from elsewhere in ways you never thought possible. How about spending time playing football with some of our children in our residential care home, or giving cookery lessons to an adult with learning difficulties.
