It’s easy for us to say that CrossReach is a great place to have a rewarding career. We know that every organisation looking for talented and enthusiastic people will say something similar. So, we’ll let our people do the talking. 

After all, we have around 1,600 working with us across Scotland. It’s a team that’s just as broad and diverse as the people we serve, covering all sorts of backgrounds, career stages and areas of expertise. While each of them is unique, we know there’s a voice that’s just like yours.
