CrossReach has Counselling Services located across Strathclyde, Lothian and the North, supporting mental health and wellbeing. Together we offer a broad range of face to face and distance counselling for adults and families, including, perinatal, workplace, relationship, substance use, and children and young people services, including counselling in schools. CrossReach Counselling Inverness offers a one-to-one counselling and therapy service to individuals, families and young people in a safe and confidential environment.

We are looking for someone who can bring a combination of clinical and management experience. As a Clinical Manager you will be responsible for clinical management and development of the Inverness service, with primary focus on managing its successful counselling in schools service. A key role will be mentoring and developing our teams of counsellors, so they feel truly supported to work to the highest professional standards for our clients.

Salary is pro rata of 40.00 hours per week (21.00).
